2. Services

Epic Fences LLC provides residential, commercial, and agricultural fencing installation and repair services. All estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final project costs are subject to on-site verification.

3. Warranties

We stand by our work with "The Epic Standard." Specific warranty terms for materials and workmanship are provided in your project contract. Generally:

• Workmanship is warranted for a specific period (typically 1-5 years depending on the project type).
• Material warranties are passed through from the manufacturer (e.g., Vinyl and Composite often have 20+ year or lifetime limited warranties).
• Natural wood products are subject to natural weathering, checking, and color change which are not covered defects.

4. Liability

Epic Fences LLC carries full liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not correctly marked by utility locator services (811) or undisclosed private lines (sprinklers, invisible fences) not mapped by the homeowner.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
